It Works!: I'm a physically, active male over the age of 50 and I had reached the point that it seemed like skipping meals was the only effective means to not gaining weight. And while I could maintain I was often hungry and it was difficult to lose weight. Since practicing the Rosedale diet over about 3 weeks and I admit probably only holding to it about 75% of the time, I have lost 5 pounds. Also, I'm not hungry and I don't feel the urge to eat sweets like I once did. The bonus to the Rosedale Diet is not just the weight loss potential but the many health gains that you'll get on the inside of your body. Eating high fat (but the right kind of fat) may be counterintuitive to what we've been bombarded with by the media but for me it works.
